Here to clear things up and show you the art of underwriting is our own, Brad Lowery. Brad underwrites all of BlueSpruce’s incoming deals. Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State. Prior to focusing on real estate, Brad worked in the special programs department for Sikorsky Aircraft.

Remember - It doesn’t matter how much income the previous owner brought in or how much the broker thinks you should be able to bring in. What matters is how much income YOU think you can bring in.
