FlexClip Review Updated 2021 | Video Creation App |
![]() |
This is an updated FlexClip Review video in which I cover the key features and improvements. I’ve been using FlexClip since 2019 and the development team has made many improvements and added several new features, including a ton of premade video templates.
FlexClip is a free cloud-based video creation app which is easy to use and is especially great for beginners. You can create videos fast from using professionally-designed premade video templates. But, you can also create videos from scratch to have more flexibility in the video creation process. You can also create logo animations with premade animated logo templates. Overall, the FlexClip user-interface is simplistic which makes it easy to create videos with not much of a learning curve. In order to create your videos: (1) you upload your media (images or video clips); (2) add animated text and customize it; (3) and finally preview the video and export the video as an MP4. You can add music and even record your own voice-over for each scene (if you want to). FlexClip has a built-in library of royalty-free stock images and video footage, as well as background music. With FlexClip you can create square and vertical videos which are great for social media. The rendering of the video projects is fairly quick, but the time it takes to render a specific project will depend on the length of your video project as well as the assets you’ve used in it. Based on rendering quite a few videos, most of them rendered in less than a minute for a 30 second video. Initially, FlexClip only worked on Google Chrome, but now you can use it in Firefox as well. I would like to see an option to create folders in the My Projects section in order to better organize video projects, especially if you’ve saved many project files. FlexClip is free to use, but they also currently have three premium plans which have more features and functionality. The free version is limited in terms of features and functionality. You can check my other video, in which I do a comparison of the free vs the premiums plans. Overall, based on my own experience using FlexClip for over two years now and the improvement that have been implemented, I would definitely recommend it, if you’re into video creation. You can try it for free by using the link below. Feel free to leave your feedback and suggestions for improvements in the comments section.
