Ingredients

Hot water pastry
- Flour 350
- Lard 130g
- Water 150ml
- Milk for glazing (no eggs)

Filling
- Minced mutton 550g
- Majoran 2 teaspoons
- Mace 2 teaspoon
- Lamb stock 5 tablespoons
- White pepper 2 teaspoon
- Salt 3 teaspoons

350g of mince for 17.5cm diameter pan
200g of mince for two 9cm diameter pastry rings
