Vice President of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at The Coca-Cola Company, David Butler, has been recognised by Fast Company as one of its 'Masters of Design'. In his presentation at the Better by Design CEO Summit 2015, David talks about how Coca Cola has designed for scale using the framework: Explore – Simplify, Standardise, Integrate – Scale. He explains how Coke have scaled with agility by using a 'fixed' and ‘flexible’ model, and by partnering with others to solve your company’s biggest problems. ‘Coke Founders’ is a new initiative where Coke funds startups to help solve some of its 'shark bite'-sized problems.
