My hope is to provide guidance and inspire you to adopt a healthier lifestyle, regardless of which diet you ultimately follow.

My conclusion to 20+ years of studying nutrition and looking into all the trends EAT REAL WHOLEFOODS💕

In our home, we watch our sugars and our grain intake. As I learn more, I tweak our meals. You cannot understand it all overnight, but a good start is to eat real whole foods.

Feeding my children six times a day is a decision rooted in my deep love and care for them. I know 6 meals/snacks a day can seem like a lot, but it’s essential to know that we don’t always eat six times a day. It’s on the menu, just in case.

Growing bodies require proper nutrition for optimal development, and I want to ensure that my children have the fuel they need to thrive. I feel blessed that I can do this!

We make 21 Meals and 21 Snacks weekly for 13 people, and the goal is to keep most of what we buy clean and healthy.
