The AssaultRunner Pro is a manual treadmill that is well-priced and a great value compared to other manual treadmills on the market. It’s the lower-end version of the AssaultRunner Elite, but it comes with a lot of the same functionality and features.

The Pro can be found in home gyms, garage gyms, and public gyms. It handles a lot of use and is proven to be durable. It is also the kind of manual treadmill that pretty much anyone can hop on and use. The belt is easy to move because of the higher curvature to the deck, especially compared to TrueForm Treadmills. That’s why we recommend the AssaultRunner Pro for most people.

The slat-belt is rubber coated for shock absorption and it feels firm underfoot to run on. Since there isn’t a motor, the belt is controlled by your pace so you can run on this treadmill as fast as you want and can. The belt is also covered by a 150,000-mile warranty.

The belt is 17” wide and 62” long to support all strides and the Pro handles users up to 350 lbs. This is a large treadmill, but it can be moved around when needed with the rear handle and front transportation wheels.

The console has good functionality and metrics tracking. It also comes with built-in workout settings for interval training and targeted goal training.
