This was one of the books in my top 5 recommendations for success reading.

Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich" is a must read for anyone seeking personal growth. Almost every successful personality I have ever followed or studied has recommended this book.

The reason it is so powerful is because its content focuses on how you THINK. Grow rich is just one of many outcomes that you can choose from. How you think is what comes first and if your mindset isn't aligned to your goals then you will have very little success.
