Short Fire Flow Yoga Class with Jacob

This a short 25 minutes practice aimed at getting your body warm and alive quickly.  If this is too advance for you slow down or leave out postures.  This class will give you a little energy and focus.  Playful but not too challenging.  An all-level practice that ever and season practitioners can benefit from.  For those days when you want to get a practice in but might not have much time.
