Corelogic predicts home prices will be up 7% by early 2024. The newly released Corelogic HPI index shows that the housing market is up year over year from June 2022 to June 2023 and will continue to climb into 2024.

This home price prediction is similar to Zillow that predicted home prices would be up 6.5% by the end of 2023 and up another 5% in 2024.
