This is a fantastic workout for everyone who wants to tone!
Today we'll target some legs, glutes, back, shoulders, chest, core and biceps & triceps!

So what we are going to do is:

Each set has three exercises :
1 for legs
1 for upper body
1 for core

Each set we'll repeat twice! You'll have a 30-sec break after each seat!
