Arvind Kejriwal has finally communicated to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) that he is willing to appear before the agency in connection with the alleged Delhi excise scam, news agencies reported on March 4 quoting Delhi govt sources.

The Delhi chief minister, in his reply to the latest ED summons, said he was ready to present himself for questioning through video-conferencing after March 12.
