This Guided meditation is a train journey into deep sleep. You can use this meditation for sleep at bedtime to ease your mind into a peaceful state, escaping for a while whilst you drift off deeply. Allow the soothing words and descriptions to blend into your mind and give you encouragement to fall asleep. The sounds of the train will continue for a while after so that you can find the relaxation that you need.
