Representation in roles of leadership across classrooms and boardrooms is a critical component to ensuring that outcomes for Latino and BIPOC students are prioritized. As a quickly rising student population in our school systems, these students must be honored, respected and valued in their schools in order to reach their full potential. We must begin to recognize and esteem the impact that values-driven, daring leaders have on our communities and students.
