This is the first installment in a 4 pillar initiative to increase diversity and inclusion in commercial real estate. After spending the last 3 years speaking with industry professionals and acknowledging some of the trials that I have been fortunate to overcome, I realized there is much work to still be done in the sense of increasing diversity across the CRE industry. While this conversation is not new, we now have the attention and access to continue pushing the narrative of inclusion on a much larger scale!

This first session gives a brief overview of the CRE during COVID- 19 while also giving first-hand perspectives from top industry leader Ed Ryland and myself (commercial real estate advisor) Tiffany Ryland.
