MY FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT (Build Lean Muscle)

Grab a pair of dumbbells and a spot in your living room, a park, or anywhere with a little bit of open space! In this workout, we will target your heart rate up at the beginning of the workout and then get into some strength work and push/pull supersets to build lean muscle.

If anything, when traveling, or at home with minimal equipment, here is your goal: get at least 30 minutes of movement in each day. If you are using this workout as part of your regular routine at home, I recommend utilizing this workout 3 times per week!

Movement List:

Warm Up -- Jumping Jacks / Burpees / Reverse Lunges

Working Set 1 -- RFE Split Squat / Burpees

Working Set 2 -- Sumo Deadlift / Burpees

Working Set 3 -- Hip Bridge Press / Single Arm Row

Working Set 4 -- Standing Strict Press / Hammer Curls

Arms -- ISO Curls / Tricep Kickback
