Grab a pair of dumbbells and a spot in your living room, a park, or anywhere with a little bit of open space! In this workout, we will target your heart rate up at the beginning of the workout and then get into some strength work and push/pull supersets to build lean muscle.
If anything, when traveling, or at home with minimal equipment, here is your goal: get at least 30 minutes of movement in each day. If you are using this workout as part of your regular routine at home, I recommend utilizing this workout 3 times per week!
