These are the rules that kept me ketogenic for 5 years straight!
5 years after starting ketosis - I'm now a healthy adult and an avid low carb-er! Within 10 months of dropping my carbohydrates dramatically I lost 4 stone and started feeling healthy and comfortable in my own skin. Eating low carb/ketogenic cleared up so many different issues; from my weight, to fixing my acid reflux problems that kept putting my in hospital, to clearing up my extremely spotty skin. MY RULES (watch the video for more detail): 1. No "brown foods" 2. No grains 3. No tubers 4. Little to no starchy vegetables 5. No legumes 6. No added sugar 7. Sugar free drinks 8. Careful with chocolate and sweets 9. No vegetable oils that aren't cold pressed 10. Careful with low fat 11. Little to no fruit 12. Food should require cooking 13. No meal times 14. Check ingredients on medicine 15. No keto branded food until I understood all ingredients 16.
