Eye Focused Chair Yoga with Jacob

This shorter chair yoga practice focuses on eye health.   Doing some simple strengthening and stretches for the eyes is so important as we spend more and more time looking at screens.  We also incorporate the Drishti (where the eye focuses) into the chair yoga class to help bring awareness to the eyes as well and use the visual focal point to help focus our minds.

This is an all level practice but sometimes it is still too much for some humans.  Be kind and listen to your body when in class.  Only do what is right for you today.
