Why you need to invest now?
Many claim that cash is useful now and there is some truth to it.
But to reach your retirement and financial goals, you've to invest to get there

Firstly, understand where overconfidence can develop and why so. I'd be using the DUNNING KRUGER effect to illustrate key concepts of how new investors make decisions. I'd explain "PEAK RECKLESSNESS" which is a dangerous situation.

Secondly, invest for the long term. How long?
