Starting a business isn’t for everybody. It’s not easy. There’s competition. There’s work. You have to be willing to put in long hours and do the work it takes to succeed.

I’m going to share four fears that you have to overcome in order to win.
I want you to smack those fears away! That’s how you can survive and thrive in business.

No 1: Fear of competition
Don’t wait until the time is right. That’s not going to happen. I want you to “do your way into a feel.” Get after it. Get excited. Get to work.

No. 2: Fear of criticism
Don’t listen to the noise. The solution is to make a decision. Attack the job in front of you. Get committed. Be consistent. Let’s go.

No. 3: Fear of rejection
The focus should be on the mission. Find your why. Focus on who you are helping.

No. 4: Fear of risk
Listen, don’t be scared. Take another step. Keep moving forward. Have faith in what you are chasing. Keep going. That’s how you win.
