Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 144Hz

This issue not only occurs in Warframe but also in Fortnite, Warzone 2.0, Elden ring, Halo MCC, Vampire survivors, etc. I set the game to different refresh rates, fps limits, graphics settings and the issue still persists.

I have reinstalled/updated all drivers, updated windows, reinstalled my games, changed power management options to many different options. I feel like I have done just about anything I could think of. What seems to be the issue? Please let me know in the comments.
