The patient underwent stapler surgery for grade 3 prolapse hemorrhoids. Post-surgery he was facing a constant non-specific pain with no spasm visible. Dr Ashwin Porwal decided to do the evaluation under local anesthesia and observed a retained stapler line which was causing the unusual pain. Laser Agrapherectomy was performed to extract the retained staplers.
