Meanwhile, the Russian forces have made gains on the battlefield, with President Vladimir Putin saying, "As soon as Kyiv declares its readiness for an actual troop withdrawal and officially notifies that they abandon plans to join NATO, an immediate ceasefire will follow from Moscow's side."
