3 kg / 7 lbs Beef rump
2.5 kg / 5.5 lbs Long grain Rice
2 kg / 4.5 lbs Onion
2.5 kg / 5.5 lbs Carrots
2 whole heads of Garlic
2 whole Chilies
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1.5 tbsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Sumac
2 tbsp Cumin
15 tbsp Tumeric
Salt to taste
