Today started with a bowl of grapes 🍇 Grapes are among my favorite snacks to pick at throughout the day and they are great as a weight loss and weight maintenance snack.

Then (of course) I had a bowl of oatmeal with ground flak seed, banana, and cinnamon 🌾 This is one of my favorite recipes for weight loss!

Next, I ate a bowl of veggies! 🥬 If you are looking to lose weight, you need to eat more vegetables. Today I had a bowl of squash, brussels sprouts, and a sweet potato. This recipe works wonders and it's on of the best weight loss recipes or meal plans in the Slim On Starch Weight Loss Program.
