I have a laptop for work: MacBook 16’
16GB RAM 2018 1Tb

For my personal use I got a MacMini. It is amazing for video editing and coding!

In the beginning you don’t need a super powerful machine for coding, unless you’re doing some very complex calculations. So, just get what is good for your budget.

You can also get a used or refurbished laptop. I actually got a refurbished MacMini :)
