Delicious homemade chili beans Uncle Vent’s style, great on any day. This chili can also be used for dipping or Nachos

For this recipe you will need

2 lbs ground beef
2 cans Bush’s light red kidney beans
1 can Bush’s black beans
2 cans Hunt’s fire roasted tomatoes
1 can Hunt’s tomato paste
1 box Hunts tomato sauce
1 lg yellow onion rough chopped
1 lg green pepper rough chopped
1 whole garlic clove minced
2 package of McCormick Tex-Mex chili seasoning
4 jalapeño peppers

Once you have all your vegetables chopped add them you your skillet (onions, green peppers and jalapeños) and cook until soft add the garlic clove at the end about 1 minute before adding them to your pot you’ll be making your chili in. Brown your ground beef in the same skillet and add one package of your chili seasoning then add it to your vegetables, then add your tomato sauce,Red Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Tomato Past and your last package of Chili Season. Let simmer on low heat for about 2 hours and make sure your stir about every 15 -20 minutes.
