KFC Chicken | Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders Recipe 🔥

INGREDIENTS
250ml buttermilk
1 Tsp Cayenne
1 Tsp Paprika
11/2 Tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Flour Mix
2 Cups All purpose flour
2 Tsp Paprika
1Tsp Cayenne
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Salt

Nashville Hot Sauce
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 Tbsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp black pepper
2 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp honey

Marinate the chicken breasts cut into chunky strips in the Buttermilk mixture along with the spices.

Mix all the dry ingredients. Take the chicken out from the buttermilk mix and dredge them in the flour mix. Dip them again in the buttermilk mix and dredge in the flour till flakes form on the skin.

Fry them immediately do not let the coating dry.

Drizzle with the hot sauce while still warm .
