Can i train abs everyday?
Working abs everyday can lead to muscle imbalance. you can train your abs 3-4 times a week.

Do Pushups Work abs?
yes, push-ups mainly work the chest with the anterior head of the shoulder and triceps as synergistic muscles. But you have to keep your core stable throughout the entire exercise, so it definitely does work your abs.

How Fast can you get abs?
i would say, be patient if you are average now, it will take you 12-16 weeks to get abs. if you are overweight or obese, stick to a good plan for 6 months to a year to have visible abs
