20 Minute Barreless Full Body HIIT Workout | Strength + Cardio

Grab a set of dumbbells (around 5 lbs) and be near a wall for this 20 minute barre inspired full body HIIT workout. We combine strength and cardio into today's workout.

We are working out to 130 BPM. Every exercise is timed. Find a tempo that you can maintain. You do not have to go at my speed, everyone is unique! We go 60 seconds on, 15 seconds off for 18 exercises (non repeat, unless unilateral). During the recovery, look for the demo in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Minimal cues today.
