Welcome to Day 5 of our Two-Week Total Body Pilates Challenge! In this workout, you’ll sculpt and tone your entire body in under 30 minutes! Using a set of hand-weights (I’m using sets of 5lbs and 8lbs) you’ll strengthen your upper body, firm your abdominals and sculpt your glues and thighs. This fat burning, Pilates/strength training workout will get you looking and feeling fit!
