Government pushes ahead with TV licences for Netflix, and other changes

They are talking about the South African government however I will discuss and give my honest opinion on whether our UK government or our prime minister Boris Johnson will eventually follow suit and do the same thing.

Currently streaming services such as Netflix, Now TV, Amazon Prime Video, Disney plus, Apple TV +, Britbox, itv hub, all4 and My5 do not require a TV licence (unless you are viewing live TV) however I’m sure the BBC will eventually want to change the current TV licensing requirements to include these services even without viewing live TV content.
