Wednesday night's GOP debate will be the last chance for Republican presidential candidates to win over voters before the Iowa Caucuses in six weeks. The Hill reporter Julia Manchester said it will be a make-or-break moment for Vivek Ramaswamy as well as an opportunity for former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley to take the number two spot away from Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
