INGREDIENTS:
300gm Boneless Chicken diced 
Salt to taste
2Tsp Paprika/Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1Tsp Vinegar/Lemon juice
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
2Tsp Hot Sauce

COATING:
1 Egg  
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Corn flour
Salt to taste
1Tsp Garlic Powder
1Tsp Onion Powder
1Tsp Paprika/Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/2Tsp Black Pepper
1Tsp Baking Powder(for extra crispiness)
1Tsp Oregano/ Mixed dry herbs  

Tip: Use Ice Cold Water for the second Dip. Do not skip the second coating else there wont be any crust formed on the skin. Fry immediately after the coating else the coating will get dried up if kept for too long.
