Cleveland weather forecast for Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

We have a Weather Impact Day out in front of us as a cold front approaches from the west and scattered storms are expected to fire up ahead of the front. Not everyone will see storms today, but those storms that do develop could be strong to severe. Otherwise, expect a mix of clouds and sunshine with a warm breeze pushing temps into the mid 80s.

Our storm threat will head east overnight and we'll clear things out with more comfortable air moving in. Temps and humidity levels will remain comfortable on Thursday with lots of sunshine and a few clouds down towards the south.

Attention then turns towards the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. We'll have a few frontal boundaries in the vicinity producing several waves of storms around the Great Lakes. Timing would change but as of now it looks like we may get a round Friday night into early Saturday and another Sunday into mainly early Monday. Temps will turn cooler behind the Sunday-Monday system with highs likely sticking in the upper 60s and low 70s Monday and Tuesday.

THURSDAY: Lots of sunshine with a few clouds south. More comfortable with highs in the upper 70s.

FRIDAY: Sunshine with increasing clouds. Low 80s.
