This video demonstrates a shotgun approach to correcting a left posterior innominate rotation or a right anterior innominate rotation using a Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and secondly, a self correction technique using a stick.
Have a Health Care Professional appropriately assess you prior to attempting this technique. The video is an aide for those that require a bit more instruction than a handout or forgot how to properly perform the activity at home.
