This event featured a keynote address by former National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski, who was joined by a panel featuring David Kramer, President of Freedom House; Nina Khrushcheva, Professor, Graduate Program of International Affairs at The New School; and Blair Ruble, Director of the Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute.
