The probability is really very low. So, Qur'an is the word of God. That is the reason, it has not gone against established science. Alhamdulillah.
Qur'an says everything is created from Water.
The glorious Qur'an has more than 6,000 Verses. Out of which more than 1,000 speak about Science. Point one point of the Qur'an has gone against established science. You can't find one. Alhamdulillah.
