This meal is perfect for a night in with your sweetheart. It’s easy, tasty and foolproof! A great option if you prefer to stay home instead of going out or for those who don’t have a babysitter. Follow along as I show you how to create this romantic meal.

For this recipe, I’ve opted to use T-bone steaks. It’s a very flavorful cut of meat. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on the seasonings and top with garlic and onions. Cover the steaks and pop them in the oven. Wash and dry two baking potatoes. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, and wrap them in aluminum foil. Place these in the oven alongside the steak. Lastly, slather butter (or margarine) onto frozen ears of corn. You can definitely use fresh, if you prefer. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika. Cover and place these in the oven, as well. See, I told you: simple and foolproof! Now sit back and enjoy this delicious, elegant meal with your sweetheart.
