Not exactly a complete complement of opens from the Twin Cities' ABC affiliate. This video is meant to complement a well put-together video from Outside The Wax Box. They missed the Twin Cities Live opens (which didn't receive new graphics or a new set to replace the ancient one they have, but were updated with the new logo). There was also an audio editing glitch with the 4.30, 5pm, and 6pm opens in that video. Finally, the 10pm open has since been updated with the new logo. So this really just fills in the gaps not in that video. But for everything else, I am going to refer you to OTWB's video which can be found here: https://youtu.be/pZ1ZMp35mSo. KSTP is owned by locally-based Hubbard Broadcasting as that company's flagship. In fact, Hubbard is headquartered in an office building attached to KSTP's studios. KSTP serves Minneapolis and Saint Paul in Minnesota.

Music was switched on most newscasts from Icon News V.2 to V.3, both from Warner Chappell Production Music. Opens do not use a voiceover, but the station voiceover is currently John Beach. Graphics were an obvious in-house job, and essentially build on the Nightcast look introduced last year.

Anchors/hosts are Elizabeth Ries, Steve Patterson, Paul Folger, Jackie Cain, Lindsey Brown, and meteorologist Wren Clair.

Mostly recorded Tuesday, March 23, 2021, with the 10pm "Nightcast" open coming from Friday, May 14, 2021.
