1)lat pull downs - max weight: 79kg 5 sets for 12/10/8/6/4 reps

2) machine low rows- max -95kg 5 sets for 12/10/8/6/4 reps
3) t bar rows - max (not including Weight of bar) 100 kg till finish
4) v bar pull down - max 30kg 5 sets for 12/10/8/6/4 reps
5) v bar pull down - min 27.5kg 5 sets for 12/10/8/6/4 reps
6) back extensions - weighted between 10kg and 15kg till finish
