America has always been one of the markets where the Beetle has been very successful and the iconic Volkswagen has many fans in. In tribute to this icon, Volkswagen of America, Inc. presents its customers with two exclusive special models at the Los Angeles Auto Show: The Beetle Final Edition and the Beetle Cabriolet Final Edition Both variants have extensive equipment and high-quality decorative elements.

This special series is inspired by the ""Última Edición"" of the VW Beetle, with which the legendary Volkswagen was finally adopted in 2003. Like the ""Última Edición"" the ""Final Edition"" is available in the exclusive colors Beige (Safari Uni) and Light Blue (Stonewashed Blue). In addition, there are the colors Pure White, Deep Black pearl effect and Platinum Gray for the Final Edition models. The fabric roof of the Cabriolet is executed in a noble brown. The Final Edition models can also be recognized by the ""beetle"" lettering on the tailgate.

The Beetle special models are powered exclusively by a 130 kW / 176 hp 2.0 TSI engine in combination with a six-speed automatic transmission. In the US, the Beetle Final Edition is available at net prices starting at $ 23,045 and the Beetle Cabriolet Final Edition starting at $ 27,295.
