We've had a request from +Catherines 7 year old wanting a Chocolate Chip Muffin recipe, whilst we have a number of chocolate chip recipes, to date we have not uploaded this simple idea. We have invented a recipe that is incredibly simple yet added a couple of simple twists to make them stand out at your next bake sale or Morning tea.
Catherine, We hope you enjoy our recipe for Chocolate Chip Muffins made in a Pie Maker.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup self raising flour (150g)
100g natural yoghurt (1/4 cup)
50g choc chips (1/4 cup)
1 t vanilla
50g icing sugar (1/2 c up)
2 t cocoa
20-40g milk if using the cocoa (1-2 table spoons)
