We are so obsessed with technology, AI, automation, and bots.

We’re always talking about how our organizations are going to become so focused on technology that I think we’re losing sight of the fact that in a technology-driven world, one of the most important and the most valuable things that we can bring to the table is our ability to be human.

Our ability to practice empathy, our ability to communicate and collaborate, our ability to share stories to build relationships, to look someone in the eye, our ability to be creative.

All of these things are unique human attributes. In a technology-driven world these things are going to become more important. So focus on trying to be more human inside of your organization and your life.
