“About a year back, a group of us got together and talked about how we can create disproportionate value in the logistics space, ” says Kausalya Nandakumar, the youngest CEO at a Mahindra group company, SmartShift. SmartShift is the first intrapreneurship venture seeded by the Mahindra group and last week, the company completed one year of operations. It now boasts of nearly 10,000 stakeholders and clocks nearly 1,200 transactions a day. However, the company has set an ambitious target of 1 million stakeholders in three years.
