There were thousands of lobbyists, protesters, special interest groups in downtown Tampa for the Republican National Convention. They all have the same mission -- to try to get votes.

But who are they really talking to? Are there any undecided voters in a critical swing state like Florida, where the Republican National Convention is being held? NBC-17 anchor Penn Holderness went in search of undecided voters, holding up a makeshift sign asking, Are you an undecided voter?
