Introduction of Large Scale Scrum (#LeSS) by #Craig Larman || #Scaling #Agile with #LeSS Framework

Large Scaled Scrum, abbreviated as LeSS, is one of the leading frameworks of Agile Software Development. LeSS is Scrum applied to many teams working together on one product.

In 2002, when Craig wrote Agile & Iterative Development, many believed that agile development was only for small groups. However, we both (Craig and Bas) became interested in—and got increasing requests—to apply Scrum to large, multi-site, and offshore development. So, since 2005 we have teamed up to work with clients to scale up Scrum.

LeSS provides two different large-scale Scrum frameworks - which are basically single-team Scrum scaled up – are:
• LeSS: Up to eight teams (of eight people each).
• LeSS Huge: Up to a few thousand people on one product.

LeSS is -
1. ...Scrum
2. ...applied to many teams
3. ...working together
4. ...on one product

This video is dedicated to Craig Larman who gave insights about LeSS framewrk on 11 Feb, 2015.
