With all the craziness going on in the world, this is your chance to find some refuge in a bit of routine. 14 days of follow along workouts and yoga starts here!

Join me for a 15min class everyday, where I will be sweating and stretching with you every step of the way! I will be your guide through each squat, burpee, sun salutation and stretch...your personal trainer, wherever you are in the world.

Today's HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class is a great way to improve your fitness while also toning and sculpting every muscle in your body. For those of you looking for a LOW IMPACT class, I have made sure there are variations to avoid jumping and jarring movements!
