If you can't see last seen status of any contact in our WhatsApp application then what you do is, open WhatsApp application. Go to "Settings" - "Accounts" - "Privacy". You have this option here "Last Seen". Make sure that it is "Everyone". If you select "Nobody" then what happens is nobody can see your last seen status and also you won't be able to see last seen status for anyone. So, make sure that you have selected Everyone. If you are not able to see Last Seen status for only one or two contact, it means that the contact has disabled the option so that you can't see when they were last online.
