The main difference between the MYX Bike and the Echelon Ex5s is the weight and position of the flywheel. The weight of the flywheel used on spin bikes operates on one principle, “the heavier the flywheel, the smoother the operation”. To which end the MYX bike comes equipped with a 41-pound flywheel while the Echelon Ex 5s has incorporated a light weight 29-pound flywheel.
