Storm signal no. 1 is up in Metro Manila as Tropical Storm “Dante” makes its second landfall over Cataingan in Masbate and is now off the southwestern coast of Masbate and heading towards the vicinity of Romblon, according to the 5 am weather bulletin of Pagasa.
